Sheriff Joe Arpaio has offered a lot to this nation during his time in the professional service, and he has consistently held his integrity most of all else. Now, it’s time for him to carry on.
From Angry Patriot:
“On my tombstone, I don’t know: Maybe it should be, ‘He did it his way,'” Arpaio said.
“That song … ‘travel each and every highway,’ ‘I took the blows,’ I think that song kind of matches me,” via AZ Central.

He has handled multi-million dollar lawsuits as a result of jail deaths, political prosecutions, and racial profiling that has led to criminal contempt-of-court rulings. Having said that, throughout the many scandals, he was a man who got things done.
He imposed the law, expelled illegal immigrants, and got criminals do their time in jail, adding salt in the wound by making them dress in pink underwear in the well known Tent City that taught harsh penal punishments, based on the Washington Examiner.
Arpaio is not scared of facing the repercussions of his acts, and he has been instituted legal proceedings multiple times. To me, even so, if a prisoner doesn’t like the food or pink underwear while they’re in jail … then don’t go to jail. It’s as easy as that.
Sheriff Arpaio will be definitely, and hopefully, he never will be replaced with a more modern sheriff who will reduce the rules and make prison the matching of a spa getaway like some prisons are nowadays. From when does execute a crime get you a nice place to stay?
Depending on to Arpaio, being the sheriff for over 55 years was the best job he ever had. Presidents and governors are still attended to by their titles even when they are no more in the office, and he believes this should also apply to him.
“I’m still the sheriff,” Arpaio stated.
