There were a lot of rumors started when Greta Van Susteren after her resignation from Fox News. But, it seems like the problem in The United States is that people are classified by the station that they are watching. If somebody watches Fox then he is Republican. If somebody else watches CNN then he is democratic. It is just so unfair and unbalanced. Greta Van Susteren had shown that she can weigh the pros and cons of a situation unlike many other newscasters on both stations.
The news station has nothing to do with being a good journalist and Greta is showing us the exact same.
Greta Van Susteren had announced that she might get back on TV, probably joining MSNBC and hosting a show in the 6 PM weekday timeslot. But some of the millions of the fans she had when she was on Fox News, are upset that she is going to work for a liberal network.
On her Facebook account, she posted that when people work for a large company including a network, they are not responsible for everyone else who works there. They are only responsible for themselves.
She also added that she had posted that because she had seen so many comments critical of herself for working at Fox, and now the chatter that she might be going to another network. She is indeed considering going back to TV but that the point of the Facebook post is to emphasize that if she does go back, she would be responsible for herself and her hour.
Greta concluded that this is the way it has always been. If she signs a contract and somebody liked her show before, it is obvious that he/she will like it now too because she remains the same person. And if somebody else did not like her show before it is probable that he/she won’t like what she does now.
She also stated that in the end, we should all look at issues, not just take sides.
